Custom Pump Stations

Excel Fluid Group can design and supply a complete pump station package for your specific application. Our prefabricated enclosures are built with pre-installed components designed to replace the need for separate valve vaults or control panel racks. The complete package is available in a wide range of sizes and can be fitted with sewage, clean water or other style pumps. Units are delivered to job-site as complete, factory-tested, turnkey packages. This provides an efficient and easy install process, removing the need for on-site skilled labor. Typically adjacent to the wet wells, they provide ample walk-in space for operators.

Precast Concrete Enclosure

• Standard 10 ft. wide by up to 20 ft. long buildings (Up to 12 ft. wide upon request).
• All panels, including the floor, roof, and walls are steel-reinforced precast and pre-assembled from factory as a finished unit.
• An excellent option for permanent, highly visible, and heavily engineered installations.
  

Structural Steel Prefabricated Enclosure

• Standard 10 ft. wide (up to 16 ft. wide upon request) with pre-assembled building lengths of greater than 20 ft. available via field assembled modular sections.
• Pre-insulated from factory.
• Painted galvannealed steel lifting base and floor come standard.
• An excellent option for many projects, combining light lifting and lead times with long lasting structural features.
  

Fiberglass Prefabricated Enclosures

• Standard 10 ft. wide (up to 14 ft. wide upon request) with pre-assembled building lengths of greater than 20 ft. available via field assembled modular sections.
• Constructed from a single piece molded fiberglass and reinforced frame.
• Non-corrosive, sound reducing material.
• An excellent option for lightweight lifting and expeditious timelines.

• All units are available with a 3rd Party P.E. Stamp.
