Project Manager

This is a full-time first shift position (Monday – Friday) 7:30 AM- 4:30 PM

Position Overview:

The Project Manager at Excel Fluid Group will assume a vital role in overseeing, organizing, and coordinating project activities, serving as the primary point of contact clients and vendors. This position necessitates close collaboration with senior project managers, engineering, administration, sales, and operations teams, as well as regular engagement with key clients and vendors.

Estimator

This is a full-time first shift position (Monday – Friday) 8:00 AM- 4:30 PM

Position Overview:

The Project Estimator is responsible for independently reviewing project documents, preparing accurate and competitive estimates, conducting bid analysis, and coordinating vendor/subcontractor pricing for package pump station projects. This role requires strong technical understanding of construction documents, mechanical/electrical systems, and wastewater/pump station components. As a Project Estimator, you manage the full lifecycle of estimates, from document review through bid submission, ensuring accuracy, scope clarity, and compliance with contract documents. You will collaborate with vendors, engineers, contractors, and internal teams to resolve technical questions and deliver complete, timely bids. This position is the core production role within the Estimating Career Path and prepares individuals for advancement to Senior Project Estimator, where leadership, complex analysis, and strategic bid ownership become primary responsibilities.
