Excel’s range of standard lift station controls are designed for simple operation of standard simplex or duplex lift stations. Typically featuring above-grade panel stand setups, these controls offer a more compact and simplified design. Housed in a NEMA 4X polycarbonate enclosure with complete level control and pump monitoring capabilities these controls are pre-engineered and available for quick shipment. However, like with other controls that we work with, these panels can be set up for whatever your specific project requirements need.
As part of the complete packaged system, we test the controls with their project specific pumps and floats to ensure everything is working as intended before leaving our Cleveland, OH facility. This allows for quick and easy installation and the peace of mind knowing that start up is just a retest with the electrical system from the shop.
Float Operator Control Panels
These control panels come standard with a clear front NEMA 4X rated enclosure, IEC rated contactors, and motor protective switches. We primarily use these control panels in grinder pump stations with a four float set up (Off, Lead, Lag, and High Water Alarm). Additionally, each has manual override controls with duplex Pump #1 and Pump #2 hand-off-auto switches when needed.
