Landmark Engineering

Newark, DE Manufacturing Facility

Application Overview:

We worked with Landmark Engineering to design two pump stations for an industrial rubber manufacturing company’s process water and sanitary water plant upgrades. One station was specifically designed for process wastewater used in the facility’s manufacturing, while the other handled the sanitary wastewater requirements. Additionally, there was a separate internal process fiberglass pump station installed in the factory in as part of the project.

Pump Station Details:

We used two 6 ft. diameter by 13.5 ft. deep fiberglass wet wells and NoVault™ pump stations. Both stations used two 4 in. submersible explosion proof non-clog pumps with the sanitary pump station using 5 HP for 114GPM and the process pump station using 7.5 HP for 60GPM. These also included the ArcSentry™ control panel with the Pump Vision™ PV600.

Owner Testimonial:

After the final start up a representative for the company said:

”...I could not be more pleased with the level of service you provided over the past two days, especially including the flowmeter wiring into the PV600! Look forward to working with you in the future...”
