Byesville Complete 200x200Site:

Village of Byesville, OH
New Power Generation Facility

Application Overview:

When a new power plant was built in the Village of Byesville, it needed a pump station to accommodate the new facility. We worked to provide an efficient prefabricated and tested pump station enclosure that could be delivered on site and expedite the install process.

Pump Station Details:

Excel Fluid Group worked with Prime AE to design a prepackaged pump station for the sanitary sewer upgrade. That included a 8 ft. x 15 ft. x 8 ft. prepackaged fiberglass enclosure on top of an 10 ft. diameter by 36 ft. deep concrete wet well. The enclosure was preassembled with NEMA 4X electrical switch gear and a triplex ArcSentry™ control panel. The wastewater station was complete with 75HP Barnes explosion proof submersible sewage chopper pumps and a CAT emergency power supply natural-gas generator.
