Application Overview:

Excel Fluid Group designed and manufactured this pump station. Our solution to save installation time and risk, was to propose a fiberglass pre-packaged pump station in lieu of a concrete wet well and separate valve vault. In addition, this was supplied with H20 traffic rated hatches as it was installed next to a service road behind the new building.

Pump Station Details:

With help from Total Civil Construction, we installed a 6 ft. diameter by 39.5 ft. deep fiberglass wet well. We also included a reinforced integrated valve vault basin with floor drain to the wet well, which eliminated differential settling concerns. We topped it off with two ABS non-clog pumps rated to deliver 270 GPM @ 47 TDH and a duplex control panel.
