Application Overview:

We worked with Choice One Engineering to design this wastewater pump station for a future 400 acre industrial site that needed water and sewer infrastructure in Vandalia, OH. The NoVault™ and HDPE design was chosen after Choice One and the City reviewed and inspected similar stations in the area at the Dayton International Airport. This continues our great relationship with Choice One and our many pump station projects together.

Pump Station Details:

An Excel Fluid Group factory build prepackaged pump station with a 10 ft. X 22.5 ft. HDPE wet well and a NoVault NV3 enclosure with a duplex ArcSentry™ control panel. The pumps used were Barnes 4 in. 10HP Explosion Proof Submersible SITHE Chopper pumps that included emergency backup power with the 50kW diesel Caterpillar generator.

Customer Feedback:

After the final start up a representative for the contractor said:
”...everything came preassembled so all we had to do was tie on to the outside of the unit which was fairly simple.. Helps put it all in one shot ...”
