WBCA Foxwood - Complete 200x200Site:

Zelienople, PA
Foxwood Trails housing development

Application Overview:

The new Foxwood Trails housing development in Zelienople, PA worked with Newman Holdings to design a custom pump station to handle the incoming sanitary flow. This area of Pennsylvania has extreme elevation changes and needed a solution that met these requirement.

Pump Station Details:

The engineering team designed a 6 ft. x 17 ft. concrete wet well housing 10 HP Barnes Explosion Proof Submersible Grinder Pumps delivering 135 GPM @ 120 TDH.

The submersible pumps pumped to a secondary pump system that was installed in a 15 ft. x 20 ft. x 10 ft. steel building, equipped with two 10 HP Cri-Man Chopper pumps designed to deliver 135 GPM @ 106 TDH. These both helped satisfy the challenge of low flow and high pressure (241 TDH) due to the elevation changes.
