Winchester Industrial Park

Application Overview:

We worked CT Consultants to design and build this pump station for a new Winchester industrial park in Adams County, OH. They were looking for a pump station design that eliminated the need for confined space entry and brought the piping and valves above grade for maintenance. This continues our long standing relation working with CT Consultants on packaged pump stations.

Pump Station Details:

This pump station used a NoVault NV2 enclosure that came prefabricated with the piping, valves, and control panel ready for connection at site. It sat atop an 8 ft. diameter by 21.5 ft. deep precast concrete wet well where we installed the 4 in. ductile iron piping and guide rails. Pumping throughout were two Barnes submersible grinder pumps rated for 86 GPM @ 32 TDH.
