NoVault NV3 Pump Station

Application Overview:

We worked with the Northeast Ohio Regional Sewer District (NEORSD) to design a retrofit of an existing failing pump station. The station had to fit within a small residential area at the corner of Barberton Ave. and W. 61st St. behind the Festa Food. The team was impressed by the quick installation and relative ease of the project that they are looking for additional failing pump stations where the NoVault could be an option.

Pump Station Details:

With the limited space available, we fit an 6 ft. by 5 ft. NV3 NoVault pump station on the existing 8 ft. diameter by 33 ft. concrete wet well. Two 7.5 HP Barnes 3 in. explosion-proof submersible solids handling pumps are rated to pump 400 GPM at 33 TDH. It’s all controlled by an Allen Bradley CompactLogix 1769‐L33ER touch screen operator programmed for NEORSD specification.
