Gabbert & Hale Pump Stations

Application Overview:

We worked with CT Consultants and Lloyd's Excavating to design and build two lift stations for the Village of West Union. Our NoVault pump station design removes the need for confined space entry by bringing the valve piping above grade and to eye-level for the service technician and included a turnkey HDPE wet well.

Pump Station Details:

Both stations included a prefabricated a 8 ft. diameter by 15.5 ft. deep HDPE wet well. This wet well will has an 100 year design life, is inert to H2S corrosion or other harsh chemicals and doesn’t require any additional coatings. The prefabricated NoVault NV2 pump station enclosure was utilized to decrease on site installation times as as it arrived to the sites prefabricated with the piping, valves, and control panel all enclosed. The Gabbert station is equipped with 2 Barnes submersible grinder pumps designed to perform at 80 GPM @ 107 TDH and the Hale Station is equipped with 2 submersible explosion proof grinder pumps with a duty point of 80GPM @ 45.4 TDH.
