Views at Monmouth Manor Pump Station

Application Overview:

We worked Challoner & Associates and CJS Investments to design and build a sanitary pump station for Views at Monmouth Manor. They were looking for a design that focused on a compact footprint and elimination of confined space entry.

Pump Station Details:

This pump station used a NoVault NV2 enclosure that came prefabricated with piping, valves, and control panel ready for connection at site. It sat atop an a 6 ft. diameter by 18 ft. deep concrete wet well where we installed 4 in. ductile iron piping and guide rails. Submersible explosion proof vortex pumps were used as they met the 172 GPM @ 58 TDH design point. A Generac 45kW Natural Gas generator was included for emergency backup power.
