Application Overview:

We worked with Lowe Engineering and Pyles Plumbing & Utility Contractors to design and build a pump station for the Agile Cold Storage Facility. This pump station serves as a sanitary lift station, collecting wastewater from the facility and pumping it to the city sewer system.

Pump Station Details:

We prefabricated a 4 ft. diameter by 20.5 ft. deep fiberglass wet well utilizing two 2-horsepower Barnes submersible grinder pumps, with the entire station is being controlled by a Excel duplex control panel.

Installation:

The installation was completed by Pyles Plumbing with oversight from Excel Fluid Group as shown below.
