New R+L Freight Terminal
Application Overview:
We worked with R+L Carriers, Ramar Land Corp., and with Manhard Consulting to design this sewage pump station at a new R+L Carriers freight terminal in Matteson, IL. With limited space available, the small footprint of the NoVault™ NV2 design allowed for a perfect fit next to a property fence. This continues our long standing relationship working with Manhard Consulting on packaged pump station solutions.
Pump Station Details:
An Excel Fluid Group factory build prepackaged pump station with a 5 ft. X 23.5 ft. HDPE wet well and a NoVault NV2 enclosure with 3 in. HDPE piping and a duplex ArcSentry™ control panel. It uses Barnes 4 in. Explosion Proof Submersible SITHE Chopper pumps that are rated at 71 GPM @ 42 TDH. The chopper design is the ideal solution to handle the toughest wastewater applications.
