The Village of Piketon was in need of a custom water booster station to increase flow and pressure to the area.

Excel delivered a complete packaged booster station with a precast building housing three 30 HP pumps, integrated piping and valves, and a triplex control panel. The system also included electrical, ventilation, and HVAC components, along with factory testing and startup services.

The Challenge:
A water booster station was needed for the small Village of Piketon, Ohio to increase water flow and pressure for its residents. Excel Fluid Group was brought on to provide a fully packaged system tailored to the project's specific performance requirements.
The Solution:
For this project, Excel delivered a complete water booster station built to handle up to 1.4 MGD. The system included a precast concrete building, three 30 HP pump motors, integrated piping and valves, and a triplex ArcSentry control panel, along with the building’s electrical, ventilation, and HVAC systems. The package also included factory testing and startup services and featured a custom exterior finish to better match the surrounding neighborhood.
