OneSchool Global Sanitary Pump Station

Application Overview:

We worked with Richland Engineering to design and build a sanitary pump station for the OneSchool Global Ashland Campus. They were looking for a design that focused on ease of installation and a long term solution. Additionally there was a small footprint available between a shed and a parking lot.

Pump Station Details:

We prefabricated a 4 ft. diameter by 10 ft. deep fiberglass wet well. Barnes submersible grinder pumps were used and the station is being controlled by a CMC Control Panel. The station also includes a PV600 controller that came prefabricated and tested for ease of use for the maintenance teams.

Installation:

The installation was completed by Excel Fluid Group.
