Messer Plant Pump Station

Application Overview:

We worked with Middough and Messer to design and build a pump station for a industrial gases plant in McGregor Texas. This pump station is for collection of all sanitary wastewater transferring it off-site into the local sewer system.

Pump Station Details:

We prefabricated a 6 ft. diameter by 12 ft. deep fiberglass wet well that came complete with a integrated 6 ft. diameter by 6 ft. deep valve vault. Barnes submersible non-clog pumps rated for 120 GPM @ 27.59 TDH were used and the entire station is being controlled by a Excel duplex control panel with a programmable level controller.

The installation was completed by a utility subcontractor for Messer with oversight from Excel Fluid Group as shown below.
