Redwood Living - Pump Station Complete

Vandalia, OH

CESO Inc. with Montgomery County Environmental Services

Vandalia, OH Redwood Development

Application Overview:

We worked with CESO Inc. and Montgomery County Environmental Services to design and build a pump station that met their accessibility and ease of maintenance requirements. Our NoVault™ pump station design removes the need for most confined space entries by bringing the valve piping above grade and to eye-level for the service technicians. This station continues our long standing relationship in with CESO and the greater Dayton metropolitan area.

Pump Station Details:

This pump station used a NoVault NV2 enclosure that came prefabricated with the piping, valves, and control panel ready for connection at site. It sat atop an 8 ft. diameter by 23 ft. deep HDPE wet well where we installed the 4 in. HDPE piping and stainless steel guide rails. Pumping throughout were two Barnes SITHE explosion proof submersible chopper pumps rated for 188 GPM @ 63 TDH. See below to see the process of installing the HDPE wet well.
