This is a fulltime first shift position (Monday – Friday) 8:00 AM 4:30 PM
We are seeking an organized, proactive, and driven Inside Sales Support professional to join our team. This role is critical in supporting our Sales Team by handling administrative sales tasks, managing lead-ups, and driving prospective efforts. The ideal candidate is comfortable with cold calling, highly organized, and following up both internally with team members and externally with customers and prospects.
1–3 years of experience in a sales support, inside sales, or administrative sales role (construction/engineering firm helpful)
Strong Data Entry Skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Outgoing, Comfortable with outbound calling and cold prospecting
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in follow-up
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
HubSpot CRM – managing contacts, logging activity, tracking pipelines
Sage (or other ERP/order entry systems) – for quote/order processing
Microsoft Office Suite – especially Excel, Outlook, and Word
Experience using bidding platforms such as Penn Bid, EPA, or Builders Exchange
Familiarity with sales reporting and dashboard tools is a plus
