Middough with Messer
North Star Bluescope Steel Lift Station
Application Overview:
We worked with Middough and Messer to design and build a pump station for North Star Bluescope Steel. This pump station is for collection of all surface water runoff and to transfer it off-site.
Pump Station Details:
We prefabricated a 5 ft. diameter by 15 ft. deep fiberglass wet well. This wet well structure has a 5 ft. diameter by 6 ft. deep valve vault. Barnes submersible non-clog pumps rated for 90 GPM @ 35 TDH were used and the entire station is being controlled by a Excel duplex control panel.

The installation was completed by Messer with oversight from Excel Fluid Group as shown below.
