For the Appomattox Court House National Historical Park, Excel Fluid Group, collaborating with Wiley|Wilson, replaced an outdated septic system with a prefabricated fiberglass wet well and NV2 NoVault enclosure, using Barnes Grinder pumps to efficiently handle increased wastewater flows.

Dayton, OH

For the new Dayton Freight Gallipolis Service Center, Excel Fluid Group partnered with EMH&T to design and build a low-maintenance, durable sanitary pump station featuring a prefabricated HDPE wet well and NoVault NV2 enclosure, equipped with Barnes grinder pumps, aligning with their focus on ease of installation and longevity.

Foxwood Trails Housing Development

Zelienople, PA

For the Foxwood Trails housing development in Zelienople, PA, a custom pump station was designed with Newman Holdings, featuring a concrete wet well with Barnes pumps and a secondary system with Cri-Man Chopper pumps in a steel building, effectively addressing the area's challenging elevation changes and sanitary flow requirements.

We perform fabrication and performance testing in addition to assisting with pump station installation. We then provide on-site training & discuss preventative maintenance procedures.
