Application Overview:

We worked with EMH&T and Dayton Freight to   design and build a sanitary pump station for support infrastructure at the new Dayton Freight Gallipolis Service Center. They were looking for a design that focused on ease of installation and a long term solution that requires minimum upkeep with coatings or add-mixtures in the wet well. This continues our long standing relationship working with EMH&T on packaged pump station solutions.

Pump Station Details:

We prefabricated a 5 ft. diameter by 9 ft. deep HDPE wet well. This wet well will has an 100 year design life, is inert to H2S corrosion or other harsh chemicals and doesn’t require any additional coatings. A NoVault NV2 pump station enclosure was recommended as it arrived to site prefabricated with the piping, valves, and control panel all enclosed. Barnes submersible grinder pumps were used as they met the 30 GPM @ 90 TDH requirement.
