Dewberry with PrideOne Construction

New Residential Development

Application Overview:

We worked with Dewberry and PrideOne Construction to design a pump station with a small footprint that fit Florida’s Department of Environmental Protection requirements for a new private residential development.

Pump Station Details:

We prefabricated a 6 ft. diameter by 15 ft. deep fiberglass wet well with 4 in. HDPE piping underground. Following the Florida DEP requirements, 4 in. ductile iron piping was used at and above grade for the piping assembly. Sulzer 4 in. non-clog submersible pumps were used as they were rated for 230 GPM @ 79 TDH. It’s all controlled by an Excel duplex NEMA 4X control panel with Schneider 14HP VFDs and PumpVision™ PV600 HMI controller accompanied with a Milbank Power Pedestal with utility meter, main disconnect, generator receptacle, and manual transfer switch.
