New Housing Development at Madison Meadows

Sandstone Wrapped Duplex NoVault Pump Station

Application Overview:

We worked with CT Consultants to design a new wastewater pump station for a new housing development in Plain City, OH. With it being in a residential area, we worked to make it as unnoticeable as possible. We accomplished by eliminating the valve vault with the NV3 pump station enclosure. From there we put a sandstone wrap around the enclosure and power pedestal to help it blend into its environment.

Pump Station Details:

We used an 8 ft. diameter by 35 ft. deep concrete wet well with a NoVault NV3 pump station and two Barnes explosion-proof submersible chopper pumps. For ease of maintenance, a lifting crane was provided above the hatch doors. It’s all controlled by the ArcSentry™ control panel complete with touch screen operator interface, and transducer and float switch level controls.
